The room was fairly quiet and inviting, the hotel was fairly clean. Greatly enjoyed the room with big balcony, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast in the in-house restaurant for dinner was marvellous and particularly nice.
Facilities were modern, but Wi-Fi was awful.

This accommodation was in the secluded location in the stores. Moreover, it's very close to Canmore, hiking trails, which was n't great with young kids.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.

The Kananaskis Nordic Spa was a blissful experience! So peaceful and rejuvenating😌 The only downside was the chilly pool water. One evening felt a bit too cool for comfort. Still a lovely stay overall!

Really enjoyed our rooms with a balcony. The hotel was in a remote setting close to hiking.

The location was beautiful and very convenient from Calgary. The staff were attentive and pleasant. The food was quite good. There appeared to be lots of opportunities for outdoor activities. Our stay was quite short (one night) so we couldn't take advantage of all the facilities, but we did enjoy just being in the setting.

The location is fine, surrounded by amazing scenery and a serene atmosphere. The family-friendly games in the lobby were a big hit, bringing everyone together after a long day of exploring. The hot tub that leads outside was a wonderful way to unwind, especially under the stars at night. While the indoor water park offered fun for the kids, the dining options was really good with delicious red meat dishes. Looking forward to our next visit to enjoy more of this beautiful setting.

great location but could improve service
The views from the lookout points are fine. I appreciated the beautiful scenery all around the lodge. The queen room with two beds was spacious for my family.
The service felt understaffed during peak hours.

We loved our cozy loft room with a super comfy bed. The trails right outside were a blast! Plus, the room service was faster than my coffee fix on a Monday morning.
But those scratchy bathrobes-woo, they needed a spa day themselves! And let's not discuss the hidden fees. I didn't pack my accounting manual.

We had an amazing two-night stay with our family! The pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved the buffet at breakfast which was always fresh and hot. Plus, the complimentary s'mores at the campfire were a good touch! We'll definitely be back soon.
